All rentals are subject to availability.
Booking & Payments:
A quote will be provided based on your request
Pricing may vary depending on quantity, location, and duration
A deposit may be required to secure your booking
Full payment must be completed before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in charges
Delivery & Setup:
We aim to deliver on time; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
Customers must ensure access to the delivery location
Setup requirements must be communicated in advance
Equipment Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for all rented equipment during the rental period
Any damage, loss, or misuse may result in additional charges
Equipment must be returned in reasonable condition

Injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from misuse of equipment
Delays caused by external factors beyond our control
